Plans and billing
Billing is handled by Shopify and appears on your Shopify invoice. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from Billing & Plan at any time; changes take effect through Shopify's approval screen.

Annual billing saves 20%.
Order limits. When a plan's monthly limit is reached, new orders are not scored until the period resets or you upgrade. You are alerted when this happens.
Uninstall and reinstall. Shopify cancels the subscription when you uninstall. On reinstall you start on Free and choose a plan again; you are never charged without re-approving.
Step by step: upgrading
- Open Billing & Plan. Toggle Annual to see the 20% saving.
- Click Upgrade on the plan you want. A summary appears; click Continue in Shopify.
- Shopify shows its own approval page with the exact charge. Approve it there; nothing is charged until you do.
- You return to FlexifyGuard with the new plan active. The charge appears on your next Shopify bill.
