Email & Domain Blocklist

Plan: Starter and above

Block by exact email address or by email domain (example.com blocks every address at that domain).

  • Orders whose email matches are cancelled in Shopify automatically.
  • Checkouts whose email matches are scored 100.
  • Each entry's Attempts counter shows how many times it has fired.

Bulk import accepts a list of addresses or domains, one per line. Entries added automatically by FlexifyGuard (for example by Fraud Response Mode) are marked Auto.

Step by step: blocking an email or a whole domain​

  1. Open Email & Domain Blocklist.
  2. To block one address, enter it under Email with a reason and click Block.
  3. To block every address at a domain (e.g. a throwaway provider), enter just the domain under Domain.
  1. Orders from a match are cancelled automatically; the entry's Attempts counter shows each time it fires.
  2. For a long list, use Bulk import, one address or domain per line.
