Getting started with Flexify
Flexify works the moment you install it. Nothing on this page is required — it covers the optional features that let each collection and product show its own content.
Install the theme
- Online Store → Themes → Add theme → Flexify
- Click Customize to open the theme editor
- Publish when you're ready
Install Search & Discovery
Flexify's filters come from Shopify's free Search & Discovery app. Without it, the collection page shows no filter sidebar.
- Install Search & Discovery from the App Store
- Open it and go to Filters
- Add the filters you want — availability, price, product type, vendor, and any metafield
They appear in the sidebar automatically, in the order you set. The mobile drawer and price slider are handled by the theme.
Availability and Price work with no setup. Product type and Vendor need those fields filled in on your products. Anything else — benefits, scent, skin type — needs a product metafield. See Filters for the details.
