Store information​

The store FlexifyGuard is connected to, and its current plan.

Fraud Protection Mode​

Choose a preset — Learning, Standard or Strict — which sets the Flag, Review and Cancel thresholds used by scoring and Auto Actions. Fine-tune the numbers in Auto Actions.

Alert Types​

Toggle which alert types appear. Muting hides; it does not stop recording.

Data Retention​

FlexifyGuard deletes visitor, session, device, checkout, order-risk and alert records older than the retention period. Default 12 months, adjustable here. Cleanup runs automatically every day; Run cleanup now runs it immediately and reports how many records were removed. Blocklists, rules and settings are never deleted by retention.

GDPR Compliance Status​

Shopify sends FlexifyGuard data-access, data-deletion and store-closure requests. They are handled automatically and listed here as they arrive.

Step by step: the settings worth setting on day one​

  1. Fraud Protection Mode: pick Standard. Learning cancels nothing on score; Strict is for stores under regular attack.
  2. Data Retention: the default is 12 months. Shorten it if you would rather keep less visitor data.
  1. Alert Types: mute anything you do not want in the bell. Muted alerts are still recorded.
