Alerts & Notifications

Plan: Free (basic) · full alert types from Starter

Alerts are raised for high-risk orders, rule matches, blocklist hits, card testing, automatic cancellations (and failures), product flags, network reports, Fraud Response Mode changes and plan changes.

• The bell in the header shows unread alerts.
• Alerts page lists them with filters by severity and type; mark read individually or all at once.
• Mute an alert type in General Settings → Alert Types. Muted types are still recorded, just hidden from the bell and the list.
